Marketing Manager (Part-Time)

Lovely Lady Linens is a Marian-inspired lifestyle brand creating hand block printed textiles designed to bring the eternal into everyday life. We are seeking a creative, organized, and proactive Marketing Manager to support and grow our brand presence. This role is ideal for someone who loves meaningful design, storytelling, and faith-centered lifestyle branding.

About the Role

Starting in January, you will lead key marketing efforts across digital platforms while supporting the day-to-day needs of a growing small business. You’ll work directly with Therese, the founder (based in Alexandria, VA), to develop content, support wholesale partners, and assist with seasonal campaigns. This is a flexible remote role for 10–20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

Content & Digital Marketing

  • Plan, create, and publish content for the website, social media, and monthly email campaigns
  • Write and design monthly newsletters and seasonal email announcements
  • Update product listings, landing pages, and blog content
  • Create social media content (reels, posts, stories, captions) that reflects brand voice
  • Maintain the monthly content calendar

Brand & Growth

  • Assist with product launches, collaborations, and marketing campaigns
  • Keep branding consistent across all digital assets
  • Track performance of marketing efforts and suggest improvements

Wholesale Support

  • Communicate with wholesalers regarding orders, availability, and product updates
  • Prepare line sheets, catalogs, and marketing materials
  • Support onboarding of new wholesale accounts and nurturing existing relationships

General Support

  • Assist with photoshoot coordination and asset management
  • Help with packaging, market/event prep, samples, and other tasks as needed
  • Contribute creative ideas for products, campaigns, and brand growth

Qualifications

  • 1–3+ years of experience in marketing, social media, or content creation
  • Strong writing and visual content creation skills
  • Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Familiarity with Shopify and Instagram
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and able to manage multiple projects
  • Appreciation for brands rooted in beauty, craftsmanship, and faith
