These treasures are in their final flutter — last chance to bring them home. Moving forward, Therese will be offering small, story‑rich collections inspired by Marian feast days, so once these pieces slip away, they won’t return. New wonders are on the horizon, but these are the last of their kind.
A Love for Interiors...
Therese has been lovingly coaxing her 1948 Alexandria cottage back to life, room by room, like a little cottage with stories tucked in its beams. Even the basement — once an echoing open space in need of tender care — has been transformed into a warm family room, a gleaming full bath, and a guest bedroom ready to welcome travelers and dreamers.
Current project: She’s now weaving her magic across the miles in Kansas, guiding a family through the re‑imagining of their 1960s home — shaping it into a cozy, practical haven that can hold the bustle of teenagers while still feeling like a soft place to land.
Design Philosophy
Lovely Lady Interiors brings a thoughtful, texture-forward approach to interiors. As a Virginia–based designer with a love for layered classics, European sensibilities, and timeless materials, I offer local in‑person (upon request) and virtual consultation services.
Rooted in the gentle romance of English and French country homes, my design work drifts toward spaces that feel gathered, storied, and quietly sun‑warmed.
Consultations may touch any corner of the home where beauty wants to settle in— from bedrooms, kitchens, baths, and living spaces to the thoughtful layers that make them sing: furnishings, textiles, curtains, styling, and the occasional built‑in or cabinetry concept.
