Refund policy

Satisfaction Guaranteed: We are committed to providing quality linens but if you are unsatisfied with an item, we want to know about it! Please email us at lovelyladylinens@gmail.com and we will try to find a suitable resolution.

Returns: We are happy to provide a full refund for most returned items. Items that have been washed or otherwise used cannot be returned.

Returns must be made within 7 business days of receipt. Returns must be received in the original packaging along with the original invoice. Buyer is responsible for return shipping except in the case of a defective or damaged item in which case, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label via email.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will send a confirmation email notifying you that we have received the return. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days back to the original form of payment.

Exchanges: Exchange of an item may be made within 30 days of purchase. All items eligible for an exchange must be returned in the original packaging along with the original invoice. If you should like to exchange an item, please email us at lovelyladylinens@gmail.com. Buyer is responsible for associated shipping costs.
