How does the pre-order option work?
New treasures will flutter into the shop only a few times each year, appearing for a brief and shining moment before they slip back into the archives. Each collection opens its window just long enough for made‑to‑order pieces to be gathered, stitched, and prepared—usually over several gentle weeks of crafting. Once your items arrive at our warehouse, they’re sent on their way as quickly as possible, wrapped and ready for their new homes. And when the final parcel is posted, the collection is lovingly tucked away, becoming part of our ever‑growing library of past seasons and stories.
